Keep Going

July 21, 2011

Today was my first full day at work. I felt really good for most of the day. I am a little tired this evening, so I am going to get rest this evening. Maybe tomorrow I will feel even stronger.

“I thank God, whom I serve with pure conscience, as my forefathers, as without ceasing I remember you in my prayers night and day, greatly desiring to see you, being mindful of your tears, that I may be filled with joy, when I call to remembrance the genuine faith that is in you.” 2 Tim 1:3-5a

I have not only lived many chapters in one life, but many lives in one body. The person I am today is far wiser than the me of young adulthood. My life is like your life with its ebb and flow. We are all connected in some way. I am a wife, mother, and grandmother, but what makes me, well, me is the way I wife, mother, and grandmother. I am a liver transplant survivor. Whatever devastation you have survived, we survived in our individual ways. I create with words and photos. I am a writer and photographer.
