Stumbling through nursing sick people and taking ill-timed phone calls, we have made gigantic strides in preparing Amanda’s book to be submitted to the publisher. She has been adding the final details in the writing. I spent last week with her acting as editor. It is most rewarding to work with her on a project. I do hope you can soon enjoy the book yourself.

Until then, you can read one of her short stories from Amazon. Look for Perishable by Amanda Salisbury and load it on your e-reader. Then leave a message about it at Amazon. We like feedback.

Look for this book cover. We all had a part in this cover. Lloyd did you arm, Amanda had the bamboo photo, and I completed it using the computer. How do you like it?

Live reading.

I have not only lived many chapters in one life, but many lives in one body. The person I am today is far wiser than the me of young adulthood. My life is like your life with its ebb and flow. We are all connected in some way. I am a wife, mother, and grandmother, but what makes me, well, me is the way I wife, mother, and grandmother. I am a liver transplant survivor. Whatever devastation you have survived, we survived in our individual ways. I create with words and photos. I am a writer and photographer.
